JOURNAL:
Last night I put the finishing touches on Bal Gopal's alter. Creating it took longer than I thought it would but I wanted to involve the family and, after moving, it took my wife awhile to get her sewing stuff back out. Now that it is done I will post a picture this Sunday.
Taking care of little Gopal every day is very enjoyable. According to Srila Prabhupada I am called a vatsalya-bhakta because I favor the form of Krishna as a child. I used to think of God as "Father" and was always asking Him to do things for me. The beauty of thinking of Him as a child is that I try to do things for Him now.
